Juliana/Nemona, known mostly as AcademyAceShipping, Julinemo, ネモアオ(NemoAo), NMAO, アオネモ(AoNemo) and/or AONM is a popular ship in the Pokémon fandom. It pairs Juliana (Aoi) and Nemona (Nemo), the female protagonist and one of her rivals from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Canon Background
The two are rivals, with the player meeting Nemona and becoming friends early in the game, when the player chooses their starter Pokémon.

"AcademyAceShipping" was coined on 25 December 2022 by red-gekkouga in a Tumblr Ask sent to ranger-kellyn[1](who later hosted a poll to determine a name to use for the pairing).[2] Other names on the poll included ChampionRankShipping, AcademyChampionShipping and TerajulesShipping. ChampionRankShipping won the poll and later became the "official" name for the pairing on the Neverending Romance list on 29 December 2023,[3] however it has been noted by others in the thread and the user running the list that it may be changed to AcademyAceShipping in the future, as ChampionRankShipping has been ambiguously used for either of the protagonists, Juliana and Florian, with Nemona, however AcademyAceShipping has gained more popularity in being used specifically for Juliana/Nemona.
