Hop/Leon, known mostly as BrewShipping, Leehop, ダンホプ (Danhopu), DNHP, ホプダン (Hopudan) and/or HPDN is a common incestuous ship in the Pokémon fandom. It pairs Hop (Hop) and his older brother Leon (Dande), one of the rivals to the player character and the Galar Pokémon Champion from Pokémon Sword and Shield respectively.

Hop & Leon is the more popular version of the pairing.

-Shipping Name Origin

"BrewShipping" was coined sometime before 09 December 2019 on Twitter,[1] likely by BrewShipping, aka kovu, an early supporter of the pairing who submitted it to the Neverending Romance ship name list. It's a play on how dandelions (Leon) and hops make good brews for beers.

An earlier name coined for the pairing is ChampionBroShipping, though this sees limited to no use.[Notes 1]

Overall, calling the ship by its Japanese acronyms in the western side of the fandom is the most common.
