Guzma/Piers, known mostly as CricketSongShipping, GuzPiers, グズネズ (Guzunezu), GZNZ, ネズグズ (Nezuguzu) and/or NZGZ, is a common ship in the Pokémon fandom. It pairs Guzma (Guzma) and Piers (Nezu). Guzma comes from Pokémon Sun and Moon and Piers comes from Pokémon Sword and Shield.

Unlike most other common Pokémon ships, Guzma/Piers has no established -shipping name, though a handful have been coined, which are:
- BroodingShipping - coined by Kyuu-Tales on 01 December 2019.[1]
- Although this is considered their "official" name on the Neverending Romance ship name list, considered the masterlist for all Pokémon ships ever conceived, it is not used by shippers.
- NightCrawlerShipping - coined on Twitter sometime before 16 March 2021.[2]
- BigIslandShipping - coined by crack-canon on 16 March 2021.[2]
- CricketSongShipping - coined by pigeon-wizard on 14 September 2022.[3]
- This name has seen usage with the most people, though it is still very rare.
