Usage

This template is for fan conventions and fan gatherings. Name of convention, dates that it runs, frequency it occurs, location it runs in, type (pro or fanrun), focus (the fandom, the genre, the concept; vids, fic, sci-fi, etc), organization that runs it if applicable, founder (when applicable), founding date (first year run), URL.

This template automatically includes the Conventions category. You do not need to add this category when using this template.

For conventions that are held online only, use the online convention template instead.

For science fiction conventions, use the science fiction convention template.
