Summaries

How much can one life affect another? In this vast universe we live in, time and unforeseen occurrences befall us all. Yet once in a while lives can be so profoundly affected by something that it can alter the thinking, whether it be for good or bad. Love to the perfect degree can overcome differences; it never keeps account of the injury; it rejoices with the truth and above all else, it never fails. This is a 3rd season story. Contains no Vincent & Diana romance.

In this novel, a year and a half has passed since the events of 3rd season. Catherine survived the injection and subsequent coma, and is living in Canada unbeknownst to all but Joe. With the Bond lost, and Diana's coverup, Catherine believes Vincent to be dead. Meanwhile, Vincent struggles with his grief and raises Jacob. Eventually, Elliot reunites the family. Diana appears briefly and, although she loves Vincent, she understands he can love only Catherine.

Reactions and Reviews

Agreeable, if standard, 4th season Catherine-recovers-from-coma, is reunited-with-V/Jacob story. Elliot and Joe are prominently featured. Title refers to the relationship between Vincent and Elliot, Catherine and Joe. Diana appears briefly but takes no part in the story's action.
