[EGGMAN] What are you two FUCKING talking about? is a meme often used as a reaction image on Tumblr[Note 1]
Like Eggman's Announcement it originates from SnapCube's Real-Time Fandub, in the episode "Sonic Adventure 2 (Dark Story + Final Story)". It consists of a clip in which cast member Alfred Coleman improvises an angry rant in-character as Eggman against Shadow the Hedgehog, culminating in him "pissing on the moon" (a euphemism for shooting the Moon with his large laser). The clip has been incorporated into a variety of parodies and fanworks, such as edits of the transcript, memes, fanart, and more.
It became so well known that for a while screenshots of eggman *without* any text from the copypasta were used as a punchline (it was assumed that the viewer was familiar with the copypasta and would fill in the punchline themselves).. However, on Tumblr, it may have been superceded by the "what the fuck are you talking about" meme template.[template eggman saying "what are you two fucking talking about?"] --this example is from reddit.
