Sleeping Beauty (1959) is a G-rated, 74-minute animated musical film adaptation of the The Sleeping Beauty in the Woods, a fairy tale with origins dating back to at least the 14th century. Historically a sub-set of the greater Disney fandom, in recent years there has been a small but growing fandom focused solely on Sleeping Beauty alone.
