Alex Summers, also known as Havok, is from the X-Men fandom.

Canon

Havok is a mutant with the ability to absorb cosmic energy and turn it into energy blasts.

Comics

Havok first appeared in Uncanny X-Men #54 in March 1969.

X-Men: Evolution

Havok is a character in the X-Men: Evolution series, first appearing in Season 1.[1] He was adopted by the Masters family, which is why his name is Alex Masters in the series. He lives in Hawaii and loves surfing. He and Scott often visit each other after they found each other again. Alex briefly joins the Acolytes team after Magneto discovered him until he and his brother realized that Magneto was just using them. Although he doesn't join the X-Men, he does end up helping them with defeating Apocalypse.

X-Men Movieverse

Alex is played by Lucas Till in the X-Men Movieverse part X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past. In this universe, Alex and Scott are not brothers, but are related in another way - which has yet to be revealed.

Other Animated Appearances

Besides above series - Alex has also appeared in an episode of X-Men: The Animated Series (where he's apart of the X-Factor).
