After Obi-Wan is Knighted, he and Qui-Gon are sent on separate missions as a matter of course, although they've become lovers. Luckily, the Winter Solstice gives them a chance to meet at the Bespin spaceport for six hours between their separate transports.

Obi-Wan's peaceful and joyous acceptance of his limited time with Qui-Gon is a heartfelt reminder of how precious their love is. Their reunion -- seated side-by-side on hard, unforgiving chairs -- is romantic, despite their utilitarian surroundings.

You can feel their love in your own heart:

"Qui-Gon drew him close and warmth unlike any Obi-Wan felt throughout the galaxy filled him."

As Qui-Gon says, "Six hours together this Solstice Day? How did we get so lucky?"
