Jeb!, also called Jeb Sweep, Jeb Wins, or Jeb Bush Flawless Victory is a meme dating to the 2016 US Presidential election. Although it had a large presence across the internet more generally, this page will focus on documenting its usage in fandom or fannish spaces.
History
Anything I wrote here would just be a summary of the Know Your Meme page
Since the introduction of polls on Tumblr it may have seen particular use to depict or advocated for a character's victory in a fandom-related poll.[1]
