Junko Enoshima/Mikan Tsumiki, mostly known as Junkomikan and/or Junkan, is a common pairing within Dangan Ronpa fandom. The ship is between Junko Enoshima and Mikan Tsumiki, both prominent characters. It has been shipped since Dangan Ronpa 2: Goodbye Despair was released in 2012 and has been consistently popular since.

- "My Beloved": During chapter three of Goodbye Despair, Tsumiki calls Enoshima this multiple times, both to conceal her identity and to proclaim her devotion to her. Fanworks often have Tsumiki call Enoshima this as well.
- Dom/Sub: Enoshima is by far the more dominant one in the relationship.
- Hospitals: Tsumiki's profession, Enoshima's antics and the general fandom-wide idea both characters need psychiatric help all culminate in hospitals being featured in fanworks a lot.
