Saturn is a commander of Team Galactic who debuted in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. He, along with Mars and Jupiter, follow Cyrus' orders in the game in hopes he can recreate the world with the Pokémon Dialga and Palkia, only for the player to defeat them. Saturn is most seen in fanworks with his fellow commanders. Charon is sometimes in the Galactic group as well.

- Saturn is most commonly paired up with Cyrus, forming GingaShipping, which is Male/Male, aka yaoi. In Japanese, this is most often called サタアカ (Sataaka), meaning Saturn is the seme and Cyrus is the uke in the coupling.
- The opposite is also commonly shipped and is written as アカサタ (Akasata).
