"I suppose you’ve earned it" post reactions
On February 9 2024, the official Larian Studios Twitter (X) account posted a video of a new Shadowheart/Lae'zel kiss animation that would come out during Valentine's Day week.[1] This seems to have been the first time Larian used an in-game Shadowzel paring scene to promote a part of the game. The line used in the post is related to the dynamic of their canon relationship. Fans reactions were very positive and many were glad to see a femslash pairing used in the official channels.[2][3][4]
