Stefanie K. Hawks is a fan artist whose work appears in numerous fanzines. Her name is often spelled "Stephanie," sometimes even in the same zine.

The name of Stefanie Hawks will be known to many of you in connection with both Doctor Who and Star Trek fandom. This artist literally offered her impressive services to me, pushed back her own deadlines, and offered such cooperation as I have never seen. [1]
The bacover by Stephanie Hawks (clearly one of the best artists in DW fandom) is a priceless dual Tom Baker portrait, stylistically elegant while still emotional. [2]
