Taliesin Jaffe is a voice actor most known for portraying Percy de Rolo, Mollymauk Tealeaf, Caduceus Clay, and Ashton Greymoore on Critical Role. Prior to that, he was best known as a voice actor in anime and video game products, and as voice director and writer on the English dub of Hellsing.
Fannish Activities
Taliesin worked making fandubs, which led to him getting started in official English dubs, and later voice acting. He was also involved in the early anime convention and cosplay scene, and was featured alongside other cosplayers in a Japanese news real about American fans as Inaba from Urusei Yatsura.[1]
Taliesin was voice director on the fanvid series Batgirl: Spoiled, in addition to playing the Riddler.
Fandom
Taliesin has mentioned part of the designs for Mollymauk and Ashton were intended as a challenge to cosplayers, with the detail of Mollymauk's embroidered coat and tattoos and the crystal-skull of Ashton's head making them difficult to cosplay compared to the other characters.
