I like the description of the gay party. Very realistic. Nice interplay—vocal and non-vocal—between Kirk and the Romulan agent in Kirk's hotel room.

This was my favorite story in the zine. It had plot, some great dialogue and a good dose of jealousy thrown in (something I'm always partial to). I could just envision Spock sitting in the next room watching while Kirk and the Romulan made love. The story held my attention from start to finish. I especially like their "talk" on the observation deck.

Good language, good flow. The intelligence mission is an interesting scenario. The friendship, with underlying currents, is depicted very well. All the details done well, the party, night-club, etc. A number of phrases or bits of dialogue were really gems; capturing Kirk's or Spock's scene back on the ship was deep and powerful, quite perfect. Good satisfying sex.
