Petey, whose full name is Peter Michael Francis Kelly, is the younger brother of Jenny Kelly. Having a strong imagination, he has the alter-ego Captain Zero, protector of Earth against evil aliens. When Alana arrived, he thought she was an alien at first until he learned she was a time traveler from the year 3000.
